Our followers and friends often think that we spent hours in the kitchen preparing sophisticated dishes decorated with swans carved out of various vegetables. It happens…sometimes. Most of the time…not really. Having a full-time job, social life and some past-time activities don’t leave much space for cooking. Thus, the sooner the food makes it to the table, the better. Today, we’re going to have a 15-minute egg noodle with radish and flaxseed! Roll up your sleeves and make yourself some as well.

  • 300 g egg noodles, cooked
  • 150 g white radish, shavings
  • 4 tbsp flaxseed, roasted on a dry pan
  • 3 tbsp spring onion, chopped
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 1 tbsp sesame sauce
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp lime juice


  1. Prepare the sauce and heat it up in a wok or a deep-frying pan. Add the radish shavings and simmer for about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in cooked egg-noodles and simmer for another 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
  3. Garnish with spring onion and flaxseed before serving.
